TERMS OF SERVICE

  1. ABOUT THESE TERMS

These terms apply to purchases from the SheWealth Circle online store. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights provided by applicable South African consumer law.

  1. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

We sell physical products and digital downloads. Product descriptions identify what is included, relevant specifications and any special ordering conditions.

Some physical products are sourced from suppliers after an order is placed. A listing does not necessarily mean that stock is held at our premises.

If an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will notify you and refund the amount paid for the unavailable item and any delivery charge that no longer applies. Substitutions require your agreement.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in South African rand (ZAR). Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be disclosed before you complete payment.

Orders require confirmed payment before dispatch or digital delivery. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

If we identify a material pricing or description error affecting your order, we will contact you to resolve it in accordance with applicable law. We will not charge an increased amount without your agreement.

  1. ORDER DETAILS

Please check your selected products, quantities, email address, telephone number and delivery address before placing your order.

Contact us promptly if you notice an error. Changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched, but your statutory rights remain unaffected.

You may purchase only if you have legal capacity to enter into the transaction or the necessary assistance from a parent or guardian.

  1. PHYSICAL DELIVERY

Available local supplier products are delivered within a maximum of 7 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays.

Imported luggage, personalised products and pre-orders may have different timeframes. Any applicable order schedule, minimum-order requirement and delivery estimate must be disclosed before payment.

Delivery charges are separate unless expressly included. Orders may arrive in separate parcels. SheWealth Circle remains your contact for supplier-dispatched purchases.

  1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products are supplied electronically using the email address provided at checkout. The product listing will describe the file format and any relevant access requirements.

Unless a listing expressly grants broader rights, digital products are licensed for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute or publicly share the files without the rights holder’s permission.

Contact us if a download is missing, inaccessible, corrupted or materially different from its description. Your rights and available remedies are set out in our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

  1. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Our Return and Refund Policy explains how to request a cancellation, return, repair, replacement or refund.

Applicable cooling-off rights and rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect or undelivered products remain protected. These terms do not require you to accept store credit where the law entitles you to a refund.

  1. EDUCATIONAL CONTENT

Our health, wealth and relationship resources provide general educational information. They do not replace individual medical, financial, legal or other professional advice. We do not guarantee particular health, income or personal outcomes.

  1. PRIVACY AND WEBSITE USE

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

You must not use this store for fraudulent or unlawful transactions, interfere with its operation or infringe another person’s intellectual property rights.

  1. COMPLAINTS AND APPLICABLE LAW

Please contact us with your order number and details of any concern so that we can assist.

These terms are governed by South African law. You retain the right to approach an appropriate consumer-protection body, ombud, tribunal or court.

Updates to these terms apply prospectively and do not retrospectively reduce rights relating to an existing purchase.
